A package of two of our most popular products, these routines tackle what are potentially the most stressful times of the day – getting out of the house in the morning, and getting everyone off to bed at night whilst maintaining a relaxing yet structured environment.
These are simple timetabling schedules to make morning and evening routines easier to cope with. If the individual becomes familiar with what to expect, and can view activities for themselves rather than relying on those around them, it allows them a sense of understanding and self determination which can reduce stress.
Each timetable board has space for up to 5 symbols, and comes with 12 commonly used symbols to describe activities for both males and females. (Each board comes with 12 symbols, so a total of 24 symbols). These boards can also be used with your existing PECS symbol library.
Symbols are 4.5cm square, meaning that they are they are large enough to easily see (we understand that people with autism are visual learners), but still easy to handle.
To make your products even more flexible, why not treat yourself to our expansion packs? These are pre-printed self adhesive plastic images, designed to be stuck to our plastic blank symbols. This gives you much more flexibility in terms of the symbols used, but doesn’t compromise on durability.
