I don’t have a PayPal Account. Can I still buy from you?
Yes. You can either check out using our card taking facilities (enjoying all the protection of Stripe – an globally recognised payment gateway), or you can use PayPal as a guest, and still benefit from the great level of protection that PayPal offers you as a customer.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address than my card is registered to?
Yes. Please enter the address your card is registered to as your billing address, and make sure you use this address when checking out at PayPal. To have your order shipped to a different address, please tick the box ‘Ship to a Different Address’ and enter the address you would like your order shipped to there. Your order will be shipped to this address, not your billing address or the address you enter at PayPal.
What is your shipping policy?
We try to offer the best value for money that we can. Our shipping rates are a flat rate, meaning that you pay the same amount no matter how much you buy. Because of this, the more you buy the more you save.

What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the UK and to the USA. We are working on extending this to the rest of the world. However, in the mean time, please get in touch if you would like your product shipped elsewhere and we will do our best to help.
What is your returns policy?
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things happen. You might change your mind, or decide that it is not right for you.
In the first instance, please get in touch with us. We will do our best to help – if there is an issue with your order we will do our very best to solve it for you. We take customer service very seriously.
If you still decide that you would like to return your product, please let us know. We will provide the address to ship it back to. Once we receive the product back, we will refund you in full.
